Returns or exchange

In case of dissatisfaction, and within the return criteria, you can choose to exchange the product for another of equal or greater value, by prior agreement with our support.
To avoid unnecessary returns, we recommend that you clarify all your doubts before purchasing. Our support is available via email or telephone (whatsapp only).
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 143/2001, you have a period of 15 days to terminate the distance purchase contract, provided that the following conditions are met:

General Conditions for Returns or Exchanges

Hygiene and health protection reasons:

  • We do not accept returns of items for intimate use and direct use on the genitals (e.g. vibrators, dildos, lingerie or other sex toys).
  • Cosmetic items that have been opened or whose packaging has been damaged cannot be returned.
  • We do not accept returns of products that have a broken inviolability seal, even if they show no signs of use.

Condition of packaging:

  • Products must be returned in the original, intact and sealed packaging.
  • We do not accept returns of damaged or unpackaged packaging.

Return Procedure 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Before returning any item, the customer must:

  • Contact our support via email at info@beandsexy.com to request a return schedule.
  • Get detailed instructions on the shipping process.
  • Returns must be made via registered mail, which provides a tracking code.

Shipping deadline  

Returned items must be shipped within 15 days of receipt.

Shipping costs

  • Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.
  • We do not accept returns sent by collection or by regular mail (without tracking code).

Note on health and hygiene 

The safety and health of our customers are a priority. We do not accept returns of products with broken tamper-evident seals or damaged packaging, nor do we offer them for sale again.

Check the product's characteristics before opening the packaging to avoid refusals of returns.
These restrictions are in line with public health and safety regulations Decree-Law No. 24/2014, Article 17, paragraphs c) and e), guaranteeing the protection of all customers.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • The refund will be made within 15 working days after receipt and verification of the condition of the returned product.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded, except in cases of defective or exchanged products.
  • Refunds made using the original payment method (MB WAY, bank transfer, etc.).
